MODIFIED BUSINESS HOURS: Due to reduced staff, we will temporarily be closed on Wednesdays, starting 4/8/2020.  In order to be more available for our clients we will now be open every Saturday from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.  Thank you for understanding.

In order to keep our staff and clients safe we are implementing new safety policies.  These policies are to ensure that our clinic is able to remain open to continue to serve you and your pet.

Due to the changing times we are ready to begin allowing a limited number of clients in the building. Please note that these are guidelines we are following with everyone’s safety in mind. We truly understand and respect the trust that you’ve placed in our hands to care for your animals throughout these times.

We do encourage everyone to wear a mask and to stay home if you are sick or caring for someone who has been sick with COVID-like symptoms.

If you are here for:

Sick Patients and Annual Exams – New Patient/Puppy/Kitten Exams

We kindly ask that you call or text the front desk when you arrive (We accept text messages through our computer-phone system now!). Simply state your name, your pet’s name, and your appointment time and we will send a response and call when we’re ready to invite you into the building. If you prefer to stay in your car, a technician will speak with you before coming to your vehicle to get your pet.

If you are here for:

Booster vaccinations – Nail Trims – or other appointments that our veterinary technicians perform.

Please call or text when you arrive in the parking lot.  Simply state your name, your pet’s name, and your appointment time and we will send a response. A technician will greet you outside to bring your pet in while you wait at your vehicle.

If you are here to:

Drop your pet off for surgery or an exam

Kindly call or text when you arrive in the parking lot – tell us your pet’s name and why they are here. We will send a response and call you when we’re ready to check your pet in. A technician will speak with you on the phone and greet you outside before bringing your pet in for the day.

If you are here to:

Please send us a text message (or call) with your name and what you’re here to pick up. We’ll respond and bring it out to you!

During this time, our phone lines may be busier than normal.  We appreciate your patience as we answer and respond to calls!

Milton Veterinary Clinic is under new ownership!  Dr. Benjamin and Dr. Aubrey Berry purchased the practice in January 2019.

Our Philosophy:  Here at Milton Veterinary Clinic, we are compassionate about the care of our patients.  Every visit should be as stress free and enjoyable as possible. We want everyone to feel welcome and to know that their concerns are important to us. We work together with the pet owner to determine the best plan for each patient.
